Healthy Behaviours for a Balanced Life by Chloe Miller

Wellness coach Chloe Miller thinks that little improvements add up to great outcomes. “Balance isn’t about perfection,” she notes. “It’s about forming behaviours that bring you happiness.”

Her morning ritual in mind shapes her day. Chloe says, “I spend five minutes journaling and ten minutes stretching. “It helps me start the day with optimism.”

Still another pillar of Chloe’s ideology is nutrition. She stresses bright plates and whole foods. She says, “one of my favourite meals is a Buddha bowl with quinoa, roasted veggies, and tahini dressing.”

Chloe gives mobility top priority as well. She says, “I’m not a fan of daily hard training.” She actually likes yoga, strolling, and brief strength exercises. “The key is consistency,” she notes.

Her guidance on a sensible way of life? “Be nice to yourself, Chloe advises. “Healthy behaviours have nothing to do with restrictions.” They are meant to bring delight into your life.

Lay your hands behind you on the edge of a strong chair and stretch your legs out. Drop your body until your arms create a 90-degree angle; then, push back up. Twelve times is what you do. For best back of your arms shaping, tricep dips are great.

With each hand holding a dumbbell, raise your arms out to the sides till they reach shoulder height. Slink gently down them. You do twelve repetitions. Lateral rises define your upper arm and sculpts your shoulders.
