Eating gluten-free for Mia Adams is a lifestyle rather than merely a diet. Mia, a food blogger and working mother, understands the value of quick, nutrient-dense meals devoid of flavour compromise.
She says, “I used to feel overwhelmed by gluten-free cooking”. “But all changed once I discovered easy dishes my family would like.
Mia usually makes her Zucchini Noodles with Garlic Shrimp. It comes together in under thirty minutes, is light and flavourful. “The secret is fresh components and a good spiraliser,” she says. Mia sautés prawns in this meal using olive oil, garlic, olive gas and a little red pepper flakes.
You have a great dinner when toss the prawns with spiralised zucchini and a squeeze of lemon.
Her Baked Chicken Tenders with Almond Flour Crust is another favourite. “My kids really enjoy these,” Mia notes. Before baking them to golden excellence, she coated chicken tenders in a mixture of almond flour, paprika, and garlic powder. Present them with a basic side salad and dinner is served.
Mia like her Gluten-Free Chocolate Mug Cake for dessert. “You sometimes just need a little treat,” she says. For a guilt-free delight, this one-minute microwave recipe calls almond flour, cocoa powder, and maple syrup.
Mia shows by recipes like these that gluten-free does not equate to flavor-free. “Finding what works for you is everything,” she explains.
